Versammlung zum Beschluss einer Wahlordnung für das teilautonome Referat für internationale Studierende (RiS)

Die Versammlung hat am 12. Oktober eine Wahlordnung besschlossen. Die Webseite wird in Kürze aktualisiert.

Das teilautonome Referat für internationale Studierende im Allgemeinen Studierendenausschuss (RiS im AStA) hat den Auftrag, im Besonderen die spezifischen Interessen der Studierenden mit Migrationshintergrund und ohne deutschen Pass zu vertreten. Für dieses Referat muss eine Wahlordnung gemäß Artikel 19 Absatz 4 der Satzung der Studierendenschaft beschlossen werden.

Dies geschieht in einer öffentlichen Versammlung, bei der alle Studierenden der UHH Rede- und Stimmrecht haben, und zwar am 12. Oktober von 16 bis 18 Uhr im Von-Melle-Park 9, Raum S07.

Zum Nachweis der Stimmberechtigung ist eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorzulegen. 

Im Vorhinein wurde durch das Präsidium auf Grundlage der bis Sommer 2026 gültigen Wahlordnung für das RiS ein neuer Vorschlag erarbeitet. Diesen findest du hier. Die Datei wird laufend um Änderungsanträge ergänzt. Wenn du selbst einen Änderungsvorschlag einreichen möchtest, geht das am besten per E-Mail an stupa"AT"uni-hamburg.de. Bis zum 12. Oktober, 8 Uhr eingereichte Vorschläge werden noch in die hier auf der Website bereitgestellte Version eingearbeitet. Später eingehende Vorschläge können wir aus orgnisatorischen Gründen leider erst in der Versammlung bekannt geben.

The semi-autonomous Department for International Students within the General Students’ Committee (RiS within the AStA) is tasked with representing, in particular, the specific interests of students with a migration background and students without a German passport. For this department, electoral regulations must be adopted in accordance with Article 19 (4) of the Statutes of the Student Body.

This will take place at a public meeting, where all students of UHH will have the right to speak and vote, on 12 October from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Von-Melle-Park 9, Room S07.

You need to present a valid semster certificate order to verify your right to vote.

In preperation for this public meeting, the presidium prepared a draft for new electoral regulations for the RiS, based on the prior regulations applicable up to summer of 2026. You can find this draft here (only in german). The document will be updated continuously as ammendments are submitted. If you would like to propose an ammendment yourself, please send it by email to stupa"AT"uni-hamburg.de. Amendments received by 12 October at 8:00 a.m. will be incorporated into the version published on the website. Amendments received later can unfortunately only be announced during the meeting for organisational reasons.
