Wahl des Referats für internationale Studierende

Das Referat für internationale Studierende (RiS) wird für die Amtszeit 2026/2027 neu gewählt. Der Wahl geht eine Wahlversammlung voraus, die am Freitag, den 13. November 2026, von 16 bis 18 Uhr in Raum 221 im Gebäude ESA West stattfindet. Die vorläufige Tagesordnung umfasst folgende Punkte:

1. Formalia
2. Erläuterung des Wahlverfahrens
3. Benennung einer Wahlkommission
4. Vorstellung der Kandidierenden
5. Verschiedenes

Kandidaturen für das RiS können bis zum Ende von Tagesordnungspunkt 1 beim Präsidium des Studierendenparlamentes oder dem AStA eingereicht werden. Die Wahlvorschläge müssen die Namen, Matrikelnummern, Adressen und Unterschriften der Kandidierenden enthalten und können nur in Papierform eingereicht werden.

Die Wahl selbst findet vom 16. bis zum 18. November 2026 statt. An allen drei Tagen kann jeweils zwischen 10 und 16 Uhr gewählt werden.

Grundlage für die Durchführung der Wahl ist die Wahlordnung des teilautonomen Referats für internationale Studierende in der Fassung vom 22. Oktober 2026.

The Office for International Students (Referat für internationale Studierende, RiS) will be newly elected for the 2026/2027 term of office. The election is preceded by an electoral assembly, which will take place on Friday, 13 November 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. in Room 221 in the ESA West building. The provisional agenda includes the following items:

1. Formalities
2. Explanation of the election procedure
3. Appointment of an election committee
4. Introduction of the candidates
5. Any other business

Candidacies for the RiS can be submitted to the Presidium of the Student Parliament or to the General Students’ Committee (AStA) until the end of agenda item 1. Nominations must include the names, student ID numbers, addresses and signatures of the candidates and can only be submitted in paper form.

The election itself will take place from 16 to 18 November 2026. Votes can be cast on all three days between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The election is conducted in accordance with the Electoral Regulations of the Semi-Autonomous Office for International Students (Wahlordnung des teilautonomen Referats für internationale Studierende) as amended on 22 October 2026.
